Logging into your BPI-Philam account
If you are a new policyholder, you will need to create your account. You can watch tutorials to help you navigate and manage your policy on My AIA. You can log in using your ePlan or AIA Vitality credentials.
Once you are logged in, you can click on the Menu icon in the upper right corner of the homepage. From there, choose "My Policies". Then, go to the specific policy for which you wish to pay a premium, and click on the arrow beside the product name.
On the policy page, scroll down to the "Premium Payment Schedule" section. Here, you can select your payment method and make your payment.
You can also pay your insurance premiums online through the PRUAccess portal. Simply log in to your account, click on the "POLICY INFORMATION" module, and then the "PAYMENT PORTAL". From there, you can view your outstanding due dates, compute the total amount to be paid, and complete your payment.

Paying your premiums
Paying your BPI Philam insurance premiums can be done through the My AIA customer portal. Here is a step-by-step guide:
Before you start
Before paying your premium, ensure your contact details are up to date so that you receive notifications on your payment transactions. You can also set up Auto-Pay to automatically charge your premiums when they are due.
Logging in
Log in to the My AIA customer portal using your existing ePlan or AIA Vitality login credentials. If you do not have an account yet, click "Register now" and enter your details.
Making the payment
Once logged in, click "Make Payment". Choose the policy that you would like to make a payment for and click "Proceed". You can then select your payment method: Credit/Debit Card or Bancnet. Key in your card details and click "Pay Now".
Payment confirmation
Wait for confirmation of your payment. If you are paying with a credit/debit card, you will have the option to receive an acknowledgement receipt via email or mobile number.
