Cancelling online accounts

To cancel your online account, you must first log in to your Farmers.com account. Once logged in, you can cancel your enrollment in the online services by sending a request via the "Contact Us" form on Farmers.com or by choosing the personal preference to deactivate.

When a specific customer (Username) is deactivated, Farmers Insurance will continue associated automatic payments, and any associated scheduled payments for the Username that is deactivated. You may contact your Farmers agent to make changes to any of those payments. Deactivation may affect your Paperless preferences.

You may also revoke your consent or make changes to your consent at any time by logging into your Farmers.com account, clicking "My Profile", clicking "Edit Paperless," and then unselecting the policies and/or billing accounts you want to remove from Paperless and/or selecting the policies and/or billing accounts you want to add.
